CARDAMOM BASIL TEA


 INGREDIENTS you will need...
  1. Milk (200 ml).
  2. Water (20 ml).
  3. Some good quality of Indian Tea (tea leaves are preferred)
  4. Cardamom (elaichi)
  5. Sugar to taste
  6. Basil leaves (tulsi)
  7. Ginger flakes

Process:
  • Take a pan
  • Boil the milk and water together
  • Add tea or tea leaves, and add sugar to it.
  • Take Basil leaves and ginger flakes, crush them together, and add this to the mixture.
  • Add crushed cardamom to the mixture.
  • Put the burner on low flame. 
  • Heat the tea until it turns a reddish brown colour.
  • Increase the flame.
  • Stop the burner when the milk rises to the top of the pan.
  • Filter all the solid out.
  • Serve hot with biscuits.

Note: Add milk first then add other ingredients for better taste.
